ODM solutions

Building a new project from a sketch. Your ideas powered by our experience.

Our engineering team takes a requirement — a document, a sketch, a competitor's unit, or just a problem — and delivers a manufacturable, certified electronic product.

What we do

Electronics

Architecture and component selection, schematic design, multilayer PCB layout, signal integrity and power analysis, thermal and reliability calculation, EMC-aware layout.

Firmware

Bare-metal and RTOS embedded development, communication stacks, device drivers, bootloaders and secure field update, host and cloud integration.

Mechanical

Enclosure design, material selection, sealing and ingress protection, tooling design for injection moulding, ergonomics and assembly method.

Compliance

Design for EMC, safety and market-specific requirements from the start, pre-scan testing in-house where possible, test lab management and documentation for certification.

Manufacturing

DFM and DFT review during design, test jig and fixture development, pilot build and transfer to volume production on our own lines.

What you receive

Frequently asked

Who owns the design?
You do. Design outputs transfer to you under the development agreement. Where a project builds on one of our existing platforms, we agree in writing beforehand which elements remain ours.
Do we have to manufacture with you?
The commercial arrangement is agreed at the start. Most customers manufacture with us because the design was optimised for our lines. The final decision is up to you.
What does development cost?
Quoted as a fixed NRE fee after the feasibility review, staged against milestones.
How do we protect our idea?
NDA before any technical discussion. Project teams are separated and customer files are not shared between projects.
Can you improve an existing product instead of designing a new one?
Yes — cost reduction, component obsolescence replacement, adding connectivity to an existing device, and re-certification for a new market are all common projects.
